Say there are from fraud  division. Need to be contacted by my attorney on my matter left a case no. Etc.  Dont know if they are legit

Yes they contacted me I paid them because I took out a payday loan and closed my account I knew the debt was owed. They were professional and nice

Did you know that payday loans are illegal in New York?
Did they send you a "validation notice" within 5 days of their first phone call?
What method did you use to pay?  Green Dot or similar prepaid card?

Yes they did a letter was emailed to me when o requested proof of the debt I took out the loan so Im confused on my you would argue they are wrong way to many debtors are using these laws not to pay their bills you must not pay your bills you seem like you study the law for debt collectors
