I have put a complaint in to the FCC and the do not call site. maybe that will help.
716-323-1983 is IDT Energy. At one time I had them as a supplier. but I picked a different one. If you have done business with them, they aren't in violation of the law until you tell them to stop calling. DNC or not. When they called tonight I told them I had switched suppliers and would like my number removed. Can't fault them for trying to get me back. They were polite and said it would take up to 48 hours to remove my number.
