This phone number called me about three months ago. He said his name was Jason and he was a loan officer of 1st Cash Advance. He wanted to let me know that I had been approved to receive a loan for $5000.00 He also said I would have payments of just $150 a month until the loan was complete. I then asked if there was any amount that I had to put down on this loan. At first he said no, then he found out somehow that my credit was not good. So he said that the only way I could get this loan was to make the first month's payment which was 150.00 to make sure I was a creditworthy individual. Well, I said I didn't have that kind of money at the time. So he said he could hold my file until I could make that payment. I did finally make that first payment, and then he said that there would be an additional payment of 110.00. I said no I want my 150.00 back. They have beat me around the bush on returning my money. He gave me a New York address. I couldn't understand him on that. Don't fall for this folks I have been relentless on this phone number and will continue to be until I get my money back.
Advance fee loans are illegal period and in some states, so are the payday loans. Please be aware the scammers may also claim down the road that you have taken a loan and try to extort money from you that way as well!

Caller ID said JAG NGR. Answered the phone and the person was speaking some kind of jibberish. I listened for a second and said hello. He stopped talking the jibberish and said Hello My name is Jason ... I busted out laughing. He asked why are you laughing? I said because I really don't think your name is Jason.... Don't call me anymore. I've gotten calls like these often. Usually I don't answer and the message they leave says that I have been approved for $5000. They ask for money upfront. Not a valid company!
