received 2 calls on my cell in less than 24 hours.  tried to return call and it reaches a recording saying "the number you have reached is not in service"

I just received a call. Same thing, when I call back it says number not in service

They are nearly impossible to catch because they constantly change numbers.

Fraud, it is an attempted scam

Called me... Rang once..  Did not leave a message.
