Who called from 5163601697

Total scammer, has called 3 times today left a recorded message once about he was Kevin Mason to make an enforcement action from the us treasury for a detention and I could be prosecuted if I don't replay. Very broken English and the recording is extremely muffled except the phone number.

Another scam call today, but from a different number. No message left and caller ID showed NY, USA, same as the previous number.

This is my 3rd irs scam call today- no message left- a hangup. blocked number but doesn't seem to matter. They have a different phone # but usually in NY.

Identified caller as Kevin Mason telephoned on 07/13/2016 with repeated recording,speech was not good English, reading from a script regarding an enforcement from the US Treasury Dept.  IRS do not telephone taxpayers, they notify you via US mail.

15163601697 I received the same message from Kevin Mason about an enforcement action It's another IRS scam number. They just keep changing the number.
