Who called from 5163704167

Just got a call from (647) 557-5021 on my cell and from 516-370-4167 on my landline... Almost simultaneously!
The first was a "free trip", so I'm told by the interwebs... (I didn't answer it)
The second, I guess is this one on this feed. Another scam artist! Crap, I hate these morons!

i got one of these calls this morning

They keep calling, but no one speaks... They very often call...

Any way to stop this, to block them?

id like to create a button to press to punch callers in the face
