this number is bombarding my customers switch with bogus attempts denying service to actual callers

calls several times/day never leaves a message.  I answered, knew my first name but not my last, would not leave a message.  Hung up!

I just got a call on my 888 number. They didn't leave a message but since I don't have that number on any bills I doubt it would be a collector but who knows? I'm not going to call them back if they can't even leave a message!
