A call came in fto my 15 year old daughters phone from an angry African-American man cursing at her and telling her that she hit his car and left a note with her phone number on his windshield.  She told him that she did not hit any car, that she cant drive and he screamed he was losing his patience with her.  He was asking for her insurance company information.  She then hung up.  

I looked this up and it has happened before but from other phone numbers.  When I call back the number it is a fax machine sound.
