Got a call, no message left. Caller ID stated Duffy & Duffy, which is a law firm in New York. I don't need a lawyer, nor have I been in any accidents or anything of the like for them to be calling me.
Tried to imply this law firm was in the process of drawing up papers to sue me, advised Mr. Duffy he had called a direct line for the FBI's phone
and wire fraud department. He could not explain why he was threatening to sue with no name mentioned, he will have plenty of time before a
Judge in Federal Court in New York City.

Did you know it is ILLEGAL claim to be an attorney if they are not licensed?? IF they were actually attorneys they would know what they did as illegal. Refusing to give company information upon request is also a violation of the FDCPA. Give your state attorney general a call.
There is a Duffy & Duffy but they deal in medical malpractice & personal injury. Looks like this caller stole their name.
