Who called from 5164032317

Received a call from this number. Indian accent voice with poor English speaking abilities told me that he was an officer from the IRS. When I told him that I was a police officer and informed him that the IRS does not call people he became very foul mouthed and hung up.

NMHC caller ID , couldn't understand-he identified himself as officer eric foster, for some kind of debt?

Ugly, foreign accent,claims to be with the  sheriffs office, says I should call him back.

Received a voice mail from foreign accent, Officer Eric Fluster who stated this was very important, time sensitive and if I didnt call back immediately or my attorney, it will "come back on me".
