Guy was double talking....talking over me when I asked why he asked for who he did at this number and where he got number. You can't call back to get a supervisor......

Number showed up on caller ID as being from PLAC (no idea what that is). Creepy robotic sounding woman was at the other end, sounded like a recording. I flat out asked if it was a recording, got a pause, and a robotic answer of "no, but I use software to help with my script, so can I continue the call?" What?? Freaky. I hung up.
