Called asked for Pres by first name. Asked who was calling...Michael from National. When I asked the boss if he knew a "Michael from National" he asked "National What?" Just another salesman, barely a step above child molester IMHO!
Guy called, and when I answered he was in the middle of screaming at someone...it was uncomfortable.
He did have our CEO's name, and when transferred back there was immediately sent to VM.
He called back 2 different times trying that whole "Well, I NEED to talk to him, just give me his cell phone" batch of junk.
