This phone call was BLOCKED BEFORE THEY ROBODIALED OUR OFFICE!
We have had the 516 area code blocked for over one year thanks to our D***t**e call blocker.
Folks, you must purchase a call blocking phone or device. They work and they are inexpensive.
Our phones do not ring and our office is not disturbed when telemarketers call.
Asked for his name, hesitated, Dylan. Asked for last name, hesitated until I asked again, Johnson. Asked company name, he hung up! That's the trick: turn it around on them. Ask questions. Get full name and company name. Then say.... "I want to be sure to give my attorneys the correct info."
You need a phone that has a way to block calls. Ours is a Panasonic cordless...it is about 3 years old now and only blocks 30 numbers. As for cell phone you would have to check with your provider as I believe that they are all different in how they handle blocking calls.
As an update: had unblocked this number as they had stopped calling. Well they started up again today. Will add them back.

Have no idea who the caller was - but they are blocked if they call from the 516 area code.
