Usually don't pick up numbers I don't recognize, but am expecting calls from some companies and number was local. Picked up, no one on the other end, and then the call disconnected.

Called me twice, when I answered there was no response, I called back got a busy signal twice.

Call came on cell.  When I get a call from a number I don't know I go to "800 notes" and get the scoop.

Repeat scammer. No voicemail.
