This number called me on my t-mobile cell, and to me it appears to be an advanced bot that records you for the purpose of identity fraud. If you say things like "yes" it will record you and use it to sign up for other things in your name. Since it is your voice, it acts as a legit contract to buy things in your name. BEWARE!
