Who called from 5164306017

I have no idea who this but it appeared like this +51 64 306017. Automatically that's a red flag. And, my phone said the number called from Peru. I dont know anybody from there.

Called here yesterday around 11:30 AM PDT.  Did not pick up.  No msg.

I blocked a call from 05.12.17 at 1:50 from this #. Whitepages.com flagged the # as "Scam or Fraud". Posters at that page reports the caller is seeking information about your Medicare benefits.

Do Not Call works when the callers are not criminals.  When the callers hope to scam you out of your money, however, they the DNC list is just another rule for them to break.
