robocall to my cell phone telling me it was "urgent" (HA) so I can get a reduction to my electric bill, or something!

Called my cell. No msg left.  Do not answer calls that r not in my phone ......blocked #

Called several times. When u call back it does not even ring.

Telemarketer, claimed he was raising money for the association of NYS state police widows and orphans fund.  I told to him [***] off, I'm calling the FBI.

This phone number is associated with criminal activities.  It is a scam operation utilizing calls to haunt & obtain from the elderly.  Reported to FCC/FBI.   Instructed for all receiving calls to report an online report to FCC scam in order for prosecution.  Do not ignore, as they will continue to call illegally.
