We received several phone calls and when we anser, they just hand up. When I called the number I received a message stating "the users voice mail is not accepting messages."
This telescammer called our DNC registered landline on 07/16/2014 @ 10:38 AM and a second time immediately following the first call. Caller is from Hicksville, NY. No message was left either time. This caller has called before. We don't answer callers we don't know and we set voicemail to pick up on 5 rings when robo callers hang up on 4 or less. That saves is from getting their voicemail or part of their voicemail, which is more annoying.

No message was left because we set voicemail to pick up on 5 rings and robo callers disconnect in 4 or fewer rings.
The phone rang and this was the alleged number that appeared on the caller id. The location claimed to be Hicksville, NY. But I am not about to trust that since far too many operations spoof their caller id information. As with many other callers like this, they did not leave a message and that is exactly how I prefer it.
For what it is worth there was a time where I allowed these calls get to me. But I have learned to find humor in them.
For all I know I could have lost out on winning a life time supply of Monopoly money.
