This was actually a legitimate call from Yvonne Austin of Geico Insurance.  She called me and left a voicemail message saying that I had an open claim for an accident and that she need to collect information about my side of the story.  

I had not been in an accident so I thought it was a scam.  I logged into my Geico account online and saw that there was an open claim.  All of the information she stated in the voicemail matched up to the information listed in my Geico Account.  After verifying that there was a claim made on my Geico account and following up with Yvonne, it turns out that this was someone else's claim that was erroneously put into my account (same name with a slightly different date of birth).  

She did ask me to verify my SS# but only the last 4 digits.  She closed out the claim and made sure it didn't affect my policy costs.
