This number is an IRS Tax Scam 516-499-8416. They call (usually direct to voice-mail) claiming that the IRS is filing a law suit against you. They will usually call in the morning and the call time won't match the real call time. Report them to the real IRS.
IRS TAX SCAM - I received 2 messages in regard to the IRS threatening a lawsuit against me. One was from 516-499-8416 and the other was from 202-864-2383. When I called back the number it said the number came from this Magic Jack which is an internet phone service that offers a free trial.
