several calls everyday, no one there when you answer, called i.d. says NEW YORK

Call to my cell phone on 2/19/08. Left a blank 2 second voice mail.

This company that has this number its basically a scam to get your social security number.  its a person trying to get money from Social Security.  When ever I pick up the phone i get a person that doesnt know how to speak english.  If you're going to talk to me SPEAK ENGLISH!
