This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

omg the same thing happen to me but the guys anme was alfred reed and when they called me at work they gave all my info to my boss CRAZY!! and b4 that i had a call telling me i was approved for a loan for 1500 and told me to put money on this money pak card then they took the money so im sure its the same thing
I just got a call from this number too and he said is name was Officer Alfred Reed (Reid) left this number to call back and also said the exact same thing as all of the above. Last time I got a call from one of these guys, I told them they were stupid and to find how to make a living doing a real job. That they were a scam and again to him he was ridiculous and he kept mocking me back..... I laughed and laughed after I hung up and after I told him I was reporting this number/him to the FTC.
