I am from Manila Philippines. Met James Biden from a dating site just a week ago. He asked for my mobile number so we could easily communicate thru viber, as he has a trip to Philippines for a vacation. He requested me to reserve a "bubble bath" from a certain Brian Snow who is married to a Filipina from Puerto Galera. Brian requires him a reservation fee of 10K Philippine peso which is more or less 208 US dollars. James said if I could pls do the transaction myself in his behalf and he will return the money double the amount.
