My first call was received at 5:30PM by a private number that had no voice on the other end. I said, "Hello? Hello?" and the phone went dead. The second call, at 6:02PM, 4/27/16 was from the number, (516) 555-0896. I answered the call and was asked "How are you today?" by a young man (didn't say his name). I replied, "I'm fine, just starting dinner, what are you calling about?" He went on, without taking a breath, soliciting green energy services to lower the cost of my home. I replied very nicely saying, "I'm sorry, I do not own this home it is my parent's home, they are in Florida, but if you'd like to call ba-" then he hung up on me. I then got a third call from a private number at 6:05PM, no voice on the other end. Very creepy, disturbing, rude, and unfriendly. I understand the nature of cold calling, which is why I always am polite and honest. This man was NOT. They are now harassing my phone number.
