Called looking for the prior owner of the company (by name), who'd left the organization more than 3 years ago. When asked if there was something we could help him with, he said it was simply a "courtesy call" and hung up.

Received a call wanting to speak to the owner, when I told them they are not available and offered to take a message or ask if there was something I could help with, they hung up without a word!! Exceptionally rude and bad business practice!!
