This number called my house at 10:20PM.  It was a woman asking that I hear her out before I hung up.  She proceeded to give me a lengthy burger order.  At my stunned silence, she hung up.  I called the number back a few minutes later from a blocked number, and the same woman answered "Good Evening, this is All Island.  How may I help you?".  Not really sure what's going on here.
