Message from Greg saying to call 410-904-3061. Text of message is the US Treasury scam and If I don't contact him a warrant will be generated for my arrest. Humbug.

Ignoring this will be an intentional second attempt to avoid initial appearance before magistrate judge or a grand jury for federal. I'm not. My number is 410-904-3061. I repeat it's 410-904-3061. I'd like you to cooperate with others and helpers to help."

Just received the same call as everyone else.  Someone has to do something about these scam artists.

I just got the same call.  It seemed really legitimate.  I'm kind of freaking out.  Is this for sure a scam???

Seemed really legitimate?  Are you serious? That the US Treasury robo calls tons of people like this?  This is a well documented scam. Block the number.
