Probably "credit card processing" scammers, since we've been getting a plethora of those calls recently.

Called my cell @ 8:30 in the morning.  Some scam about donating to a charity for handicapped.  The caller professed to be a handicapped person and wanted to send me "stuff" in exchange for cash.  She refused to tell me how she got my phone number.  She refused to tell me what "charity" she represented.  Refused to tell me why I would "donate" to a charity on the other side of the country.  I blocked the number.

Prank call.  Does not speak, just silence until you hang up.
