Brian calls at least 3x per week asking for the owner by his first name, which he does not go by, so I immediately knew it was a sales related call. I happen to be the owner's daughter and by chance answered the phone when "Brian" called this time. He asks for the owner, I state he is unavailable and will need to take a message he said no, he'd just call back but I informed him thats now how our message system works and I will need to either take a message of substance down or he could politely not call back. He cops a MAJOR attitude, states he's known the owner for 32 years, I asked how they knew each other and he said "um, well I live in your area, so there, that's 1 reason" (haha, good one Brian) and I am quite rude for questioning his intentions. He says the company name is DML, no idea what that is. He claimed to be the CEO of a company and I was a simple "peasant" that would be fired for not following his request. He said he was going to call the owners cell phone next- when I asked for the number he had on file he immediately changed the subject to asking what my name was so he could tell "the owner" all about how rude I was.
This guy is a laughing joke!! I feel awful for him that his life has boiled down to an 8 hour shift where he is flat out rude to people and literally a liar. He must be a REAL winner after hours ;) best of luck to ya "Brian".
Call came in and asked for one of our executives. I asked who was on the line and he said 'tell him it is Ray Sharp' like he was known to the executive. When I let Mr. Sharp know there was no answer in the office he hung up in the middle of my sentence. Very rude. Not a way to get business.
An extremely rude Ray sharp called our office to speak with the company CEO. He said "Tell him its Ray Sharp returning his call". I knew it was a scam bc our CEO does not take or return a call that doesn't go through me. I asked for his company name (he said "Wilshire- my company- I own it). I told him our CEO was not familiar with that company. His response was "Oh, well I don't know what to tell you except that you will likely get fired for not taking my call" He then hung up. What an idiot. I wonder if this is the same Ray Sharp that faced mail and wire fraud for fraudulent telemarketing activities back in the 90's???
Call came in for my boss. I asked who was calling and the response I got was the name of my boss. I said excuse me and the again the response was that he was my boss and said you are now fired to pack my things and get the Hell out of town and hung up. Extremely rude and obnoxious.
