Some idiot. Sir Mack called three times today and my son listened to the whole thing. He said the same thing all 3 times and hung up 3 times after his spiel. I just don't understand what this guy is doing. And who calls themselves sir mack. British?

Had almost exactly the same experience as W Ray: A man asked for the president of our company but used a nickname we don't call him... I told him that "Bob" was not here and could I help him... he said "Then, give me his cell phone number". I tried to explain that company policy forbids us to give out cell phone numbers and he hung up.
