Just got a call from an Indian or [***] [***] named Shaun pretending to be from Microsoft. Claims that the all the drivers on my PC are faulty. Obvious scam ... Beware!
Calls started about a week ago. Multiple times a day. Hang up everytime I or the answering machine picks up. Real telephone tough guy.. Like to give them a good smack across the puss.
Guy called at 9:30 AM, telling me that my computer has a virus and for me to put the owner on the phone. I pretended that I didn't have a computer, and the guy had said "Your PC has a virus!" And I don't even have a PC, so I already know it's some guy who's trying to scam others. The guy uses a fake number, and this is already the second time he called me today and it's 12:47 PM. Very annoyed that I even have to turn off my house phone.
