Note the foreign accent, have you ever received a random tech support call from an American? It's always foreigners. These clowns can behave as they wish because they're protected being overseas. That gives them confidence and they can laugh at you on top of vulgar, repulsive behavior. If you're taking calls from unknown numbers in any manner, expect to hear anything and everything.
This guy called from 516-635-4085 with a whole bunch of nonsense saying he was from "Microsoft" and my "system drivers" were all messed up. He said I wouldn't be able to tell just from using the computer, but that he was going to help me fix it. He asked me if I was the main user of the computer and then told me to go to my computer and sit in front of it and he would guide me thru the process. At one time I had a Mac repair business, so I know a bit about computers and I thought I'd have a little fun with him, so I kept him on the phone to waste as much of his time as possible. He finally gave up on me and told me he had the wrong number, and hung up. The guy had an Indian accent and there were call center noises in the background. Definitely a scammer, please do not give them any information about your computer!
