I got the same - but no message -rang only once - guessing another robocall or probing call

I just received a call. Rang only once. No message

Called my cell.  Only rang once.  Did not leave message.

Rang twice.  Not the first time.

Did the same for me. Rang once then hung up.
Called the phone number and was told I won a $100 "rewards" gift card, where they asked for my first and last name.
Told them to get a life.
