Until recently I have never gotten telemarketers on my cell phone. Suddenly it is daily.

Ever since I applied for an online car insurance quote I have been getting these spam calls about 3 to 4 times a day. I'm on the DNC list but they don't care

Unfortunately, applying online for an insurance quote allows them to call since it is considered an inquiry to a business. Those websites need to allow you to specify mailed quotes only, no phone calls, but they don't.
