NO! They called me claiming to be from publishers Clearing House. Wanted my personal inormation for a check to be delivered to me within the hour by UPS. Caller said his name was James Garter and was with UPS and a driver for the PHC check delivery.
Caller harasses me daily and leaves no messages. I finally get the call and someone is on the other line. I asked to be taken off the list because they are harassing me. She argues I have no idea why they are calling. I say how if they knew me they would leave a message and I am on a do not call list. She argues. Who do these people think they are?
This is disgusting, that I have to argue my way out of not being bothered on PRIVATE PHONE LINE.

They are IDT electric power provider, they will tell you that you will save $25 the first month then another $25 the 2nd month then the 3rd month. They most likely are legit. But you will be changing your provider. Your conversation will be recored and you will get a confirmation number.
