I believe this is a spam call or a telemarketer. I never answer and they never leave a message. Therefore I consider this an unsafe number. I suspect though, this is from a company that I used to purchase movies from, however, I won't name it because I can't prove it's them.
Friday 19 December 2014 -- 8:24 pm -- Caller ID said "unknown". No message was left. Area code is New York. Very few internet comments. One website identifies this number in a group of numbers that call for "bad debt collection". Suspect a spam caller.

It comes up on caller ID as QVD. They also call from another number, 571-758-2590, with the same caller ID. I do not answer these calls. No message is ever left.
