Ok....I live on Long Island in NY.   This is a paid soliciting company, which gets you on the phone line, asks a few questions & then transfers you to Allstate.   Allstate (this one is located in Oceanside, NY) then jumps on the line to sell you insurance.   Both parties talk so fast because they know you'll hang up.    So shame on Allstate, who doesn't want to pay or use their staff to cold call.  They get various soliciting callers & maybe even Robo callers, who have no respect to keep calling, hang up, scare the elderly, call late,  etc.  Heck time is money to these solicitors.  They have no human heart to nag you, scare the elderly, etc.   Its about money.   So to diffuse this, if you care & want to do your part as an American (refer Pres Kennedy), email Allstate headquarters & tell them you will inform shareholders.    They don't care if you're on the do not call list.  IN fact the Allstate agent said I will keep calling and haunt you over this policy.  Great professionals!     Do something & take action on all solicitors!,,
