If we lived in Europe, Kirschenbaum would be in jail. Not in the good old USA, where anything that makes money is protected -- even if it involves identity theft, criminal harassment and invasion of privacy. We who receive these calls are "consumers." The criminal Kirschenbaum is a "business." Guess whose rights come first?

This number JUST phoned my house and this isn't the first time! They claim to be a debt collector and wanted personal information. They said if I didn't pay a medical bill totally $3,850 they would be forced to take legal action! I told them, "Go right ahead! TAKE A NUMBER and get in line!!" Call my house again and I'll seek a lawyer and sue THEIR AS$ for harassment!
