This number calls several times a day. It is always a hang-up call, whether I answer it or the answering machine does. At this point I regard it as repeated harassment.

Calls from someone claiming to be from Microsoft Technical Dept.  This is a scam to gain access to your computer and sell unnecessary services.  JUST HANG UP - better yet don't even pick up.

I usually dont answer these calls, and yes I decided to answer this morning and I clearly stated I wasn't interested and the man on the other end of the line started cursing me out !!! I said stop harrassing me and he said hes gonn slap me and when I mentioned calling the police he said he'd slap them too. He crossed the line and had me scared for a second when he said he was going to plant c4 and blow my house up. Do I call the cops?????

It's a scam from some heavy accent guy that gives a fake name like James,  Tom, or John when his name should clearly be Tarbosh or Mohammed. The scam is to get you to believe your computer has some fatal error and then trick you into giving them remote access to your pc so they can "help" you.  Once you do this I'm sure they'll steal all your personal info and passwords off your pc. I played along and Googled each thing the scammer asked me to do on my PC, lol, I don't even have a pc, did it on my phone the whole time and then when I tricked them that I was up to the remote access part all they needed was my 12 digit password to gain remote access, so I spelled out F-U-C-K-Y-O-U-L-O-S-E-R.  The best the angry heavy accent scammer could say back is, " is that your mother's name?" Lmao. Made my day!
