Received a telephone call on our land line from this number--since I didn't recognize the number I did not answer the call. They left NO message. This type of calling should be stopped!

I received a call from 516 900 2900 from Joe Carter with Medicare customer service. He already had my address, name and phone number. He asked me to get my medicare card and verify my medicare number. I did and now I'm just waiting for the bad news to follow because of my mistake.
