Woman identified herself as "Brenda" and claimed she worked for a company named "Dealer Processing Department".
Brenda fraudulently claimed that the company is affiliated with Mercedes Benz USA and has a business relationship to represent all Mercedes dealerships throughout the country.
received call from this number. caller claimed my manufacturer warranty is expired. NOT TRUE. Still have 1 year left for full and 7 years left on power train. Told caller that I know they are a scam and to stop calling me. he swore at me and then slammed down the phone
