Who called from 5169005947

Someone called from this number very early morning. I answered it and then the guy hang up very quickly. very rude in a early morning.

Got this call yesterday at 5:30 pm. Caller ID showed 'final notice'. Did not answer the call because too many spammer calls.

Got a call from this number on my home phone listing it as FINAL NOTICE and on my cell phone at the same time.  Declined the calls on both numbers.

I get a call from this number on a daily basis.  When I answer, the person hangs up.  When I let the call go to voicemail,  the person does not leave a message.

Called my cell despite being on Do NotCall list.
