Claim to be calling about a vehicle I used to own. Might have been trying to sell me an extended warranty. But when I asked him a question, the bizarrely claimed I was "scared," made an "oooh" sound, and hung up. Hard to tell if it is a semi-legitimate business making annoying phone calls that employs a weirdo or if the weirdo is acting on his own.
I asked this guy to remove my number from his list, he said he didn't have a list and argued with me. I told him I was not interested in an extended warranty. He wouldn't stop so I ended up hanging up on him.
