Who is this

Scam for the "electric company" just ignore them or mess w them like I did

This number keeps calling me and I keep ignoring them. I dont know that number at all and it really aggravates me.

A company wanting to offer better electric rates or something.  Call back and ask them to remove you from their call list.  They will kindly do so.

They are calling my cell phone a couple times a day.  Last night they called at 9:48 PM.  The one time I answered she asked if I still lived in PA (never lived there in my life) and then started naming states.  I told her I was not interested as I live in an apt with all utilities included and asked that they stop calling my cell phone (it is one has minutes).  They have called 4 times since then.
