Who called from 5182824253

Got a call from this number and it was vague as to who they were.  They wanted to give me the last four of my social and for me to verify my date of birth.  They would not give more details and kept wanting to get my date of birth to verify who I was.  I kept telling them I needed to verify who they were and they would counter with a question to try and get more info out of me.  I finally hung up after realizing they would not more clearly identify who they were.

This number just called my house, I said hello 4 times, no answer, and I hung up.

Keeps calling. Does.'t answer when i say hello
