Just received a third call from this number. Supposedly I am being sued by the IRS for a back audit and they asked for a specific dollar amount. He gave his badge number and the pending lawsuit number. Stated that this was my last warning. He said if I didn't settle now then I would have to go to Washington DC with my lawyer. I said that I didn't have any information in writing from them and to please fax me the information. He stated that he was not authorized to send me any documentation. Then I asked for him to tell me my home address-that information was incorrect. I asked for my SSN-he could not provide-said he was prevented by law to provide me the information. I called out states AG to tell them of another scam. He asked me several times if I wanted to settle NOW or go to court. This is a 100% scam and I told him as much.
