This is Diana White with the private servicing of Division with Eps. I am calling in with a formal complaint that requires your immediate attention. I have documents that need to be delivered to your residence or place of employment. We will only be making 2 attempts to deliver these documents. Have valid identification to ensure the proper delivery of these documents. If you or your attorney have any questions regarding this matter you can contact our client directly at 518-375-2202 again that is 518-375-2202.
I, however have no idea what she is rambling on about. She has been harassing me for more than a couple of months now.
I have reported her twice to the attorney generals office for fraudulent calling.
Another one of those scammers threatening legal action and saying there are important "legal papers" that need to be served. They demand you call them and provide proof of identity. The call ends with them saying this is the "final warning". No business name associated with the telephone number.
Called me twice today. They would have no idea if they are calling the correct person. A legitimate business would verify first. They message to call back because they are about to serve papers. Who is eps?
