A Mrs.Howard called and left a message and said it was an important matter about the supply charges on my National grid bill. Also wants me to have my current bill in hand when I call back. Gave me a reference number. I live in Northern NY. This smells like an energy company that's going to try and get me to switch to them. They'll promise a cheaper rate but in the end they'll be higher than the power company in a few short months. If she calls back I'll have fun messing with her. :)
Same as above Mrs. Howard called and left a message. Wanted me to have my bill handy and gave me a reference number. Was suspicious because the number started with 518 and not the usual 800 used by National Grid. Checked with National Grid customer service just to be sure there wasn't a problem.
