Received a call from this number, no answer when I picked up. I called back, and someone answered and asked for me by name, as if they had called me. They explained they work on behalf of Heifer International. When I asked to be removed from their list, he ignored me and tried talking over me. When I persisted, he hung up on me. I called back and used the automated system to (supposedly) remove myself from their call list.
