518-423-6483 has been calling twice a day. Leaves no voice mail message and when the phone is answered, no response from the caller.
When I called the number, it was not a working number. How can it be that this individual (?) can call me, but I am unable to call back. This needs to stop. I'm sure "he" is reading these messages.
